Since its inception, Lowe Group has set a new standard in home design, delivering stunning homes for discerning buyers in Melbourne’s most aspirational suburbs. Over the past 12 months key milestones, new projects and partnerships have enabled Lowe Group to see great success.
A major milestone for Lowe Group this year was uniting our two divisions, Lowe Living and Lowe Create, under the same roof in Sandringham. Our new state-of-the-art, collaborative office space opened its doors in June and was designed by our valued partner, Studio Tate.

A distinctive style and ambiance was achieved with timber finishes, soft lighting and warm tones in the reception area, creating a residential feel that introduced clients to the quality of the Lowe Living product. Whilst the back-of-house design referenced the energy and fast-paced creativity of the team. As we continue to grow, we look forward to a prosperous future in this space.

We saw Lowe Group in the spotlight throughout 2018. Our Managing Director, Tim Lowe, was profiled in various media publications including Urban Melbourne, Onya Magazine and The Herald Sun, where Tim featured as one of the industry’s key figures helping to shape development in Melbourne. Lowe Living was also thrilled to see Jared Byass, Director of Property Development, included in a panel discussion for The Urban Developer, Australia’s largest, most engaged and fastest growing community of property and urban development professionals.

2018 saw the launch of two new Lowe Living projects and the expansion of our network of premium partners. Lowe Living welcomed onboard award-winning Melbourne-based designer Fiona Lynch, boutique architectural studio Chamberlain Architects and internationally recognised architectural practice Warren and Mahoney.

Alamer Brighton launched in July, located on coveted Black Street in the heart of Brighton and features an exclusive collection of just four residences. Lowe Living collaborated with Wolveridge Architects and Fiona Lynch to deliver a unique interpretation of bespoke and timeless design, embodying the prestige of one of Melbourne’s most desired suburbs. La Sal Chelsea launched in November on Shenfield Avenue, only moments from coastal bliss and the turquoise waters of Chelsea Beach. Lowe Living partnered with Chamberlain Architects on this collection of three townhouses and six apartments, celebrating natural light and contemporary coastal design. Project milestones were in abundance this year with our Promenade Aspendale project, a boutique collection of thirteen residences designed by Wolveridge Architects and GOLDEN, selling out within the first few months of launching. Lowe Create began construction in May this year, with the project due for completion in mid-2019.

Our Linacre Park project, a collection of five luxe apartments by Maddison Architects in Hampton, also reached many construction milestones and is on track for completion in early-2019.

While 2018 has been a momentous year, there are already several exciting new projects in the pipeline for 2019. These include a unique series of six boutique apartments launching early March in Black Rock, as well as boutique townhouses and apartments in the idyllic beachside suburbs of Aspendale and Parkdale toward the end of 2019.

We’d like to thank all our partners, clients, suppliers and extended network for being part of an extremely successful and exciting year for Lowe Group. Following many outstanding project launches and an abundance of positive media coverage, we have great pride in the groups achievements so far and will continue in our pursuit of excellence in design and meticulous construction of premium developments.
