Lowe Group – 2019 A year in review

An uncompromising commitment to excellence and an innate understanding of what buyers want has seen Lowe Group achieve its most successful year to date in 2019

Despite difficult market conditions, Lowe Living, Lowe Group’s development division, has continued to set a new standard in aspirational Bayside living this year, with its stunning Lumiere residence in Black Rock breaking the suburb’s apartment price record in June by almost $900,000 clear of the suburb’s $1.02 million median unit price, including townhouses.

Lowe Living Founder and Managing Director Tim Lowe said that the meticulous attention to detail of Lumiere, and its connection to the local Black Rock community and landscape, was something not seen before in Bayside living.

Similarly, Azura Aspendale, an unparalleled collection of absolute-beach front apartments and town-homes, sold a staggering 50% of residences in its initial pre-launch stage in November. The collaborative effort of local team Chamberlain Architects, Jack Merlo and international award-winning design-studio Golden, Azura Aspendale blends coastal sophistication with exquisite architectural design and represents a once in a lifetime opportunity for buyers.

Our construction arm, Lowe Create has had a productive and successful year, which saw the completion of two of Bayside’s most anticipated residences, Linacre Park Apartments Hampton and Promenade Aspendale.

Welcoming its residents in May, Linacre Park Apartments developed in partnership with Maddison Architects, offers comfort and luxury for years to come, with its clever design consideration in its five premium apartments.

In September, Promenade home owners moved into and are now enjoying their stunning collection of apartments, boasting immediate beach access and design sophistication.  Designed in partnership with acclaimed firms Wolveridge Architects and Golden, Promenade residents are set to enjoy an enviable coastal lifestyle.

Currently under construction, Alamer Brighton joins Lumiere Black Rock and La Sal Chelsea as 3 projects poised for completion in the months to come.

The year ahead
With pipeline projects in two of Bayside’s most premium suburbs and one in the exclusive Stonnington area, Lowe Living shows no signs of slowing down in 2020.

Lowe Group is poised for continued growth with ten new and experienced staff members, bringing the group to a team of twenty three. Mr Lowe says the success of the group is a testament to its understanding of what new home buyers want. Featured in the Herald Sun in October, Mr Lowe acknowledged that the key to a successful project, for both the developer and buyer was that downsizers, Lowe Living’s leading demographic, want the fundamentals of their larger home without compromising on space, quality or liveability.
