Lowe Living – 2020 A Year in Review
In an extraordinary year of adversity, particularly for Victoria, Lowe Living has experienced positive growth and continual evolution in 2020.
With a core vision of partnering with the industry’s best, Lowe Living continued to collaborate with market leading architects, interior architects and landscape designers to create high quality, beautiful residences in Melbourne’s most aspirational suburbs.
Additionally, partnering with leading furniture retailers and window furnishing specialists allows Lowe Living purchasers the opportunity to make their new home even more perfect for them. Further to existing partners Domo (furniture) and Alessi (window furnishing), 2020 saw the addition of Jardan (furniture), In Good Company (furniture) and Lovelight (window furnishing) to our trusted network of market-leading partners.
A welcome addition of 13 new and seasoned staff members joined the Lowe Living and Lowe Create teams through lockdown, with plans for further growth. This takes us up to 36 team members.
The brand was invigorated with a custom scent (and very own custom candles & diffusers), new website, an insightful speaker series and a collection of very satisfied purchasers taking time out to share their Lowe Living journey via video pieces.
Lowe Living was thrilled to be recognised by the REIV as a finalist for project marketing excellence (for Azura Aspendale). We are so proud of the ongoing hard work from our incredible team.
Director Tim Lowe was featured once again in urban.com.au, this time discussing the secret to creating a development which stands out from other properties on the market.
Topaz Parkdale launched in September, as soon as restrictions eased and almost 30% of apartments have already sold. This rare collection of premium residences is just moments away from the golden sands and glistening blue waters of Parkdale Beach and creates a sense of sanctuary, synonymous with a relaxed beachside lifestyle.
Our construction arm, Lowe Create persevered through tough restrictions to ensure our milestones were met to a meticulous standard.
Lumiere Black Rock was completed three months ahead of schedule in August 2020, showcasing Lowe Create’s ability to translate a project vision and architectural detail into an exceptional delivery. With five of the six luxury apartments sold prior to completion, the final was sold on the first day of face to face inspections after the extended Melbourne lockdown and the day before the advertising campaign could even begin. Lumiere is a testament to the highest level of construction services that is at the core of the Lowe Create offering.
2021 will see the completion of three projects currently under construction by the Lowe Create team.
La Sal Chelsea is on track for delivery in early 2021, with only three residences remaining. Offering residents a coveted combination of beach and lifestyle, La Sal is a boutique series of three townhomes and six apartments just moments from turquoise waters and golden sands of Chelsea Beach.
One of Lowe Living’s most prestigious projects, Alamer Brighton, is also due for completion in early 2021. The exclusive collection of boutique apartments and a single townhome presented an outstanding statement of opulent living and sold out early in 2020.
Azura wowed the market upon launch in February 2020 and, despite Victorians spending most of the year in lockdown, there is only one of the 27 residences remaining. Giving residents rare and uninterrupted views of one of Victoria’s most spectacular stretches of beach and featuring a timeless, coastal design, it is unsurprising the luxury residences sold so rapidly. Azura is poised for completion at the end of 2021.
Lowe Living is set for a significant year ahead with pipeline projects in the exclusive Stonnington area and Bayside’s sought after suburbs of Brighton and Hampton. Keep an eye out for Orrong Rd, Armadale and Sera, Brighton in 2021 and Hampton Street, Hampton in 2022.
Furthermore the new year will see a meaningful announcement around how Lowe Living plans to give back to the community.
