Despite being a year filled with challenges and adversity, particularly for Victoria, Lowe Living has experienced positive growth, continual evolution and industry recognition.

Our valued partnerships with market leading architects, interior architects and landscape designers has allowed us to continue redefining expectations for luxury multi-residential developments. Generously proportioned, sustainably conscious homes of exceptional design and uncompromising quality, that not only deliver enduring enjoyment, but also enhance the natural beauty and respect the history of the location has become the hallmark of all Lowe Living projects.

The quality of our projects has been recognised by the industry in a variety of awards categories in 2021:

  • REIV finalist ‘Corporate Promotion Award’ for Lowe Living.
  • HIA Winner ‘Victorian Apartment Complex of the Year’ Alamer Brighton and Lumiere Black Rock a finalist in the same category.
  • MBAV finalist ‘Best Multi Unit Development 4-12’ and ‘Best Kitchen Under $40K’ for Lumiere Black Rock.
  • The Urban Developer finalist ‘Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential (4-20)’ for Alamer Brighton.
  • Polytec Design Award Winner ‘VIC Professional Residential’  for Sera Brighton and finalist for Lumiere Black Rock

2021 saw the launch of three new luxury residences: Sera Brighton, Larnook Armadale, and our latest project Hampton Hill.

Larnook Armadale offers the ultimate in contemporary sophistication and prestigious living in Stonnington’s prized suburb of Armadale. This collection of 7.5 star energy rated residences, including a palatial penthouse, is the collaborative effort of Warren and Mahoney, acclaimed interior design studio GOLDEN and eminent landscape architect, Eckersley Garden Architecture. Larnook Armadale sees Lowe Living broaden our presence in Melbourne’s most aspirational suburbs and expand into the exclusive Stonnington area.

Our latest project, Hampton Hill, balances the easy pace of a beachside location with the culture and sophistication of a prestigious metropolitan address. Created in collaboration with globally renowned architects Woods Bagot and landscape architects Florian Wild, this collection of 7.5 star energy rated residences, including two luxury penthouses, makes a meaningful contribution to the local urban fabric. The project set a benchmark for community engagement and architectural design with permits granted in record time.

This year has seen a wonderful new partnership between Lowe Living and children’s charity, Very Special Kids. By sponsoring their key events, we have aided Very Special Kids in raising critical funds to support children and their families through the hardest time of their lives. This past year we have contributed over $35,000 to events that have helped raise nearly $1.8 million.

In September the Lowe Living team participated in Connor’s Run ‘Your Way Any Day’, in support of the Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation, to raise money and help change the odds for young people with brain cancer.

Lowe Living are proud to support vulnerable Australians by participating in the Homes for Homes charity. Properties registered with Homes for Homes donate 0.1% of the property’s sale price to Homes for Homes. Lowe Living will be donating an anticipated $50,000 to Homes for Homes as part of the Hampton Hill collaboration. Funds raised will help create social and affordable housing.

Our speaker series continues to deliver valuable insights from our in-house experts and award-winning partners, while our custom scent in the form of a reed diffuser and wood wick candle, has been a delightful gift for our purchasers and just one of the many ways Lowe Living delivers an exceptional client experience.

We collaborated with The Local Project, which celebrates extraordinary design and champions the best from industry leaders and emerging designers alike, to create a series of video and written features.

“We are thrilled with our new home. Thanks to you all for the great care and workmanship that has made our home something to be very proud of.”

Brian and Shirley

Other exciting collaborations throughout the year included an evening with Nicole Jacobs who provided insights into buying off the plan at the Sera Brighton display suite, an exclusive small works gallery pop-up by Antoinette Ferwerda – Artist at the Larnook Armadale Display Suite Launch Event, and most recently a pop-up store from interior styling and luxe homewares specialists Norsu at the Hampton Hill display suite.

Once again our construction arm, Lowe Create, persevered through highly restrictive conditions to ensure our milestones were met to a meticulous standard.

La Sal Chelsea was completed in May. This exemplary collaboration with Chamberlain Architects is a tribute to fine craftsmanship and bespoke design. The modern silhouette sits in perfect harmony with its stunning beachside setting while the spacious, light-filled apartments and townhomes offer residents relaxed living in coastal sophistication. With only two completed residences remaining, now is the perfect time to move in beside Melbourne’s most picturesque beach and make the most of summer.

One of our most prestigious projects, recognised as a finalist in multiple industry awards and featured in the Local Project, Alamer Brighton was completed in April. A masterpiece of architectural and artistic brilliance positioned in an enviable location, this exclusive collection of just five residences, which sold out in record time, is a rare expression of truly opulent living.

2022 anticipates the completion of two projects currently under construction: Topaz Parkdale, and Azura Aspendale.
Featured on Urban.com.au, Topaz Parkdale is a stunning ensemble of apartments and townhomes just moments away from the golden sands and glistening blue waters of Parkdale Beach. This collaborative effort of Lowe Living with renowned team Chamberlain Architects and one of Australia’s leading landscape architects Jack Merlo is selling fast, with only three residences remaining.

The uncompromising quality and captivating textural beauty of Sera Brighton is the collaborative effort of Lowe Living, award winning Warren and Mahoney and Jack Merlo. Designed for sophisticated living, this collection of generously proportioned and sustainably conscious residences is situated in a beloved Brighton location, Dendy Village.

Azura Aspendale now officially sold out, is coastal living redefined, offering residents spectacular views of and direct private access to one of Victoria’s most spectacular stretches of beach. Showcasing exquisite design and sophisticated style, refined interiors flow out to lush outdoor spaces. The luxury residences wowed the market upon launch and experienced  extremely high sales rate success.

We are looking forward to a prosperous year ahead with exciting projects in the pipeline – including a highly anticipated development on Ocean Street, Hampton.

On behalf of everyone at Lowe Living, we would like to sincerely thank our clients and partners for their continued support. We wish you all a very happy and safe festive season.
