Holding a Bachelor of Engineering and 18 years of industry experience working within tier one construction firms, paired with a passion for the development of high-end residential homes, Tim has a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and complex structures. Tim enjoys time with family and friends, competing in triathlons and following local architecture.

The driving force behind the Lowe name within the Bayside area, Brian’s prized reputation in the industry is complimented by a career boasting over 45 years of experience. As a well-established building and construction expert, his proven proficiency in design and space utilisation, paired with his superior knowledge of the Bayside area, ensures every project is guided by a plethora of experience. Brian enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, gardening and holidaying with family.

Emma has a celebrated career in marketing with 18 years experience. Holding a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with majors in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, her results-driven and passionate ethos has led her to working in management roles for companies including Coles, Jetstar Airways, Seven Media Group and Crown Resorts. Emma has a passion for the company, the brand, the product and as she leads the Client Strategy, she believes in delivering 100% client satisfaction at every touch point. Out of the office, Emma loves to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

With over 20 years of experience in multiresidential development management, Jared has worked for some of Melbourne’s leading property developers including the acclaimed Gurner TM. Paired with an extensive, yet varied, knowledge of the property and construction industry, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Property and Construction, as well as a Bachelor of Planning and Design. Out of the office, Jared enjoys travelling, keeping active and is an avid AFL sports fan.

Damien boasts over 30 years of experience in construction, having started his apprenticeship in Carpentry at the mere age of 16. Since then, he’s earned a diploma in Building and Construction Management, working his way from Site Forman to 6 years as a Project Manager, followed by 9 years as a Construction Manager before joining Lowe Living as an integral member of the team. Out of the office, Damien spends his free time playing golf and visiting upcoming restaurants motivated by his avid interest in food.

Fiona has worked across multiple industries including wholesale, retail, construction and government sectors and holds over 25 years of finance experience. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, she is CPA qualified and also shares over 15 years of experience working alongside Brian Lowe within his residential business Lowe Design and Build, and now with the team at Lowe Living.

Over the past 10 years, Bec has gained experience in all stages of architecture and construction, across a varied scale of buildings, from 30 story high rises in the city to high-end hospitality, residential and health care. She has even designed and is currently building her own tiny home in the middle of a rainforest.

After a successful 16-year career as a professional AFL footballer, including 302 games and 6 years as Captain of Melbourne F.C, Nathan joined the Lowe Living team in early 2022 to pursue his passion for property and high-quality development. Holding a Certificate IV and Diploma in Building and having managed the design and construction of his own home which he shares with his wife and four children, Nathan brings key skills honed from years in a high-performance industry such as leadership, discipline, communication, and teamwork, to the Lowe Living team.

Eugene is a mentor to his design team and successfully oversees multiple projects to a successful completion with diligence and ease. Outside of work Eugene enjoys restoring classic motor vehicles.

Ryan loves the outdoors and is an avid Saints supporter.

Since his introduction to the industry in 2007 Vaughan has enjoyed an extensive background in both Project Management and Contract Administration roles, as well as experience as a qualified Electrician. Drawn to Lowe Create for their reputation of meticulous quality in their builds, his proficient attention to detail and adept people management skills have seen him excel throughout his time with the team. When he is not busy at work Vaughan enjoys keeping busy renovating his house as well as spending time with his young daughter.

Lachlan started his career as an Apprentice Carpenter, before working his way to senior roles as Site Foreman, Site Manager and now Project Manager. His vast experience in carpentry and building allows for meticulous attention to detail and impeccable time management for every project. His commitment to the team helps to build strong, collaborative relationships with his co-workers and sub-contractors to ensure consistency and quality with every build. In his spare time, Lachlan enjoys weekends away, surfing along the coast as well as helping his wife with their beloved dogs and horses.

Starting out his career in the construction industry in 2008, Jesse joins Lowe Create as a Site Foreman and brings with him an extensive background as a qualified Leading Hand Carpenter. Jesse is skilled at developing strong relationships and is able to build a good rapport with all trades. When he’s not busy on-site Jesse can be found enjoying a round of golf, a hit of tennis or indulging in long walks along the beach.

Commencing his career in the construction industry in 2006, Colby has extensive experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter for multiple Tier 1 formwork companies. As a qualified carpenter with a Diploma in Building and Construction, Colby’s key strengths lie in his attention to detail and ability to build a strong rapport with all trades. He was inspired to join the Lowe Create team after experiencing the quality of their projects and the friendly close knit team. Colby enjoys spending time with family and friends, and can be found tinkering in the shed or riding on his Harley on a nice day.

A qualified carpenter by trade, David has over four decades of experience in the construction industry, having commenced his apprenticeship in 1977 and has held roles ranging from carpenter to construction manager throughout this time. Possessing a strong work ethic, David is an asset to the team and his role as Site Facilitator ensures he is constantly immersed across all Lowe Create sites. Away from work he loves spending time at his piece of paradise, Barmah, on the Murray river with family and friends.
