Her unwavering dedication to delivering results has earned her a reputation as a results-driven and passionate leader. Emma’s commitment to the company, brand, and product is evident as she focuses on clearly defining Lowe Living’s strategic direction and ensuring Lowe Living is in a position to sustainably grow with its ambitious objectives, while continuing to create architectural legacies with every project delivered across Melbourne. She is passionate about the Client Strategy within the business, where she is committed to delivering 100% client satisfaction at every touchpoint and is continually evolving and investing in the development of Lowe Living’s brand. As the founder and Co-Managing Director of Lowe Living and Lowe Capital, Tim is a visionary leader committed to delivering intelligent and sophisticated property solutions. With a Bachelor of Engineering and 18 years of experience in top-tier construction firms, Tim possesses an unparalleled understanding of complex construction methodologies and structures. His passion for developing high-end residential homes is evident in his meticulous attention to detail, which he applies to every project undertaken by the Lowe Living team. Since founding Lowe Living in 2015, Tim has nurtured the company into a leading specialist in medium-density residential and commercial developments. Under his leadership, the business has grown to include a $500 million development and $160 million construction pipeline, featuring an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects. Lowe Living continues to acquire exceptional sites in lifestyle-focused locations, setting the standard for excellence in the Melbourne property market and cementing Lowe Living’s reputation as an industry leader.

Jared is a highly accomplished Director of Property Development with over two decades of experience in multi-residential development management. His impressive career includes working for some of Melbourne’s most renowned property developers, including the acclaimed Gurner TM. Jared’s extensive and varied knowledge of the property and construction industry is underpinned by a robust educational background that includes a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Property and Construction, and a Bachelor of Planning and Design. As a Director of Property Development, Jared brings a unique perspective to each project, combining his extensive knowledge of architecture, planning, and construction with a deep understanding of the market and its trends. Out of the office, Jared enjoys travelling, keeping active and is an avid AFL sports fan.

As a Director of Construction with more than 30 years of experience, Damien is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry. Damien holds a diploma in Building and Construction Management, and throughout his career has worked on a wide range of construction projects, including high-end residential developments and commercial buildings. His extensive experience and technical expertise allow him to manage complex construction projects with ease, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standards. He is an integral member of the Lowe Living team, driving excellence in construction and helping to bring their vision for smart and intelligent property solutions to life. Out of the office, Damien spends his free time playing golf and visiting upcoming restaurants motivated by his avid interest in food.

Marianna is an accomplished Director of Strategy with an impressive career spanning over 20 years in marketing and advertising. Beginning her career in a creative agency, she has since worked across various industries, including property and FMCG. With a double Bachelor of Business & Arts, majoring in Marketing and Sociology, Marianna is uniquely equipped with both creative and analytical skills, allowing her to approach strategy development from multiple angles. At the heart of Marianna’s strategic initiatives is a deep commitment to putting the client first. Marianna’s ability to think creatively and strategically allows her to develop innovative solutions that drive growth and deliver measurable results. As a Director of Strategy, she is a trusted advisor to both her team and clients, known for her strategic vision, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills

As an Executive Assistant with 12 years of experience, Jen is an integral part of the Lowe Living team. Her passion for excellence and dedication to helping others make her a valuable asset to the company. Jen provides critical support to Directors Tim Lowe and Emma Lowe, and her exceptional organisational and efficiency skills are a perfect fit for the fast-paced environment at Lowe Living. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the team are essential to ensuring that the company operates at the highest level of professionalism. Outside of work, Jen enjoys keeping fit and spending time away with her nieces, family and friends.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Ben has built a seasoned career, starting with his appointment as the youngest Partner at London’s leading Property Consulting firm, while simultaneously spearheading one of the city’s largest urban regeneration projects.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Construction, as well as Planning and Design from Melbourne University, Ben’s forte lies in leadership, adept communication, and a profound technical understanding spanning all asset classes. He has a passion for creating legacies within communities through the homes he builds. Beyond work, Ben can be found spending time with his family and friends, often frequenting the theatre, where he eagerly anticipates another viewing of Les Misérables.

With 15 years of experience in the property industry, Luke’s pragmatic and composed demeanour has paved the way for his success as a development manager and earned him recognition as the recipient of the esteemed 2021 National Architecture Award. Lukes is committed to developing project with quality and reputation in mind.  Outside the realms of work, Luke finds joy in basketball, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.

With a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Town Planning, Kaz boasts a 10 year career spanning town planning and affordable housing development. After pursuing a global lifestyle in Shanghai, where she completed a rigorous Chinese language course, Kaz returned to Melbourne in 2020. Focusing on real estate sales and development management, career highlights includes the heartfelt handover of new townhouses to families in need. Kaz’s approach is characterised by open-mindedness and strategic acumen, fuelled by her deep passion for Melbourne’s residential industry and our shared commitment to delivering aspirational homes. Outside of work, Kaz is an avid endurance athlete, completing marathons and half ironmans across three continents.

As Head of Client Services and Marketing, Bianca boasts close to 10 years of experience spanning the hospitality, property, and travel industries. With a Bachelor of Commerce under her belt, Bianca is a highly creative and passionate marketer who has worked with both small and mid-market companies as well as large global enterprises. She values quality and innovation and is always keen to find new and innovative ways to drive results for Lowe Living. Outside of work, you’ll find Bianca spending time with her family and friends, travelling the world and sampling delectable cuisines across Melbourne’s eclectic foodie scene or abroad on her travels.

Barry is a seasoned licensed real estate agent who specializes in off-the-plan premium homes. With a proven track record, Barry is committed to providing exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless client journey. His passion for the industry and his clients’ needs drives his dedication to achieving their goals. When he’s not making home-owner dreams come true, Barry is playing basketball or skateboarding across the globe with some of the world’s best skaters.

As a Client Services Executive, Sarah brings over 7 years of invaluable experience in the Real Estate industry. Her experience spans across Property Management and Sales Administration, allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. With a Bachelor of Design, Sarah has a keen eye for property design, which she uses to provide clients with tailored and personalised solutions. Sarah is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships with clients, making sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Away from work Sarah can be found experimenting with photography & visiting Melbourne’s foodie hot spots with family and friends.

With over 10 years’ experience within the property and marketing space, Natasha has worked across some of the most luxury and innovative property brands within Victoria. Fierce and focused about storytelling it’s her ability to balance commercial and creative sensibility that allows her to shape the best outcome for her team. With a knack for problem solving, it’s her empathetic and nurturing side that helps her cultivate great relationships, and drive results. Its Natasha’s enjoyment of collaborating in a team and delivering creative solutions that allows her to approach each challenge with excitement and enthusiasm.

With over 15 years of experience, Shelley embarked on her digital marketing journey in 2008, flourishing across diverse industries. Specializing in SEO initiatives, website development, advertising campaigns, and website analytics for conversion rate optimization, Shelley excels in driving digital projects, including website revamps and app launches. Rooted in a commitment to user experience and optimisation, Shelley thrives on analysing performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities. With a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and boasting over 15 years of experience spanning diverse industries such as fashion, beauty, health, entertainment, hospitality, property, and architecture, Amanda emerges as a seasoned professional in her craft. Among her notable achievements, Amanda collaborated with a graffiti artist to craft a visually captivating Myer window in the CBD and lent her creative touch to branding fashion events for Melbourne Fashion Week. Amanda’s expertise and ingenuity shine brightly, with her packaging designs for T2 attained international acclaim, gracing shelves across the globe. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amanda finds solace and inspiration in immersing herself in extraordinary experiences at art galleries, music, and fashion events.

With 13 years experience in the property industry and a background in settlement and quality management, Helen’s role as a Client Advocate positions her as a dedicated representative throughout a client’s Lowe Living journey. Helen’s role is to ensure every new home reflects each individual’s unique touch and provide the support needed to make certain all goals are met. Away from work Helen enjoys being outdoors and can be found exploring new walk routes on her weekends.

Tania brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the Lowe Living team. She has held various roles throughout her career, with a focus on finance in FMCG and Modular Construction. As a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems, Tania has an exceptional eye for detail, coupled with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Tania was drawn to the organisation’s innovative approach to the industry and their track record of doing great things. In her free time, Tania loves coaching Blasters (little tackers) cricket, having previously coached basketball for 20 years.

Nat has been a part of the building industry for the last 20 years, specialising in accounts and office management. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare, this degree helps Nat understand and empathise with her clients. Nat’s key strengths lie in her commitment to the team, excellent communication skills, and reliability. An essential asset to our team at Lowe Living, it’s her passion for working with great people and interesting projects that keeps her inspired. Outside of work, Nat enjoys hobbies such as Pilates, gardening and walking her dog Betty.

With a First-Class Honours degree in Interior Design and 8+ years of experience spanning architecture and property development, Elise thrives on creating beautifully resolved projects. Keeping future clients at the core of her decision-making, Elise prides herself on meticulously examining all aspects of design and nurturing collaborative relationships with consultants to ensure the successful delivery of an outstanding product. Out of the office, Elise enjoys skiing, weekend DIY projects and being an avid supporter of local and international architecture and design.

With over 8 years industry experience, working with clients such as; the Victorian Education Department, La Trobe University & Victorian Police, Ryan has a keen eye for detail and a diligent approach to CAD asset management. Ryan has an Advanced Diploma in Building Design (Architecture) and a number of tertiary awards and accolades to affirm his incredible work ethic and passion for his craft. Ryan loves the outdoors and is an avid Saints supporter.

Eugene brings to the group, over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry. With an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture), he has spearheaded a suite of multi-million dollar residential projects Victoria-wide. Eugene is a mentor to his design team and successfully oversees multiple projects to a successful completion with diligence and ease. Outside of work Eugene enjoys restoring classic motor vehicles.

Adam has a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Construction Management. Adam values the building of relationships with clients, trades and co-workers while gaining their respect. His attention to detail and understanding of construction methodologies has ensured Lowe Living projects are delivered to the highest standard. He enjoys all kinds of sport but AFL, cricket and surfing are particular favourites.

Since his introduction to the industry in 2007 Vaughan has enjoyed an extensive background in both Project Management and Contract Administration roles, as well as experience as a qualified Electrician. Drawn to Lowe Living for their reputation of meticulous quality in their builds, his proficient attention to detail and adept people management skills have seen him excel throughout his time with the team. When he is not busy at work Vaughan enjoys keeping busy renovating his house as well as spending time with his young children.

Starting his career in the construction industry as a carpenter in 2013, Ross expanded his expertise in 2017 upon completion of his Diploma of Building & Construction and Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management. This holistic understanding of construction, coupled with diligent attention to detail, allows Ross to support projects with efficiency and accuracy. Outside of the office, Ross enjoys playing golf and hockey.

Kristian is a Contract Administrator who started working in the industry in 2015. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree,Kristian brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the team. Inspired by Lowe’s vision for the future, he is excited to contribute to the company’s growth and success. While not at work, Kristian enjoys traveling and playing soccer with friends and family.

Josh has extensive experience in construction with roles ranging from carpentry to building supervision. Josh has worked with several award-winning builders, instilling in him, a strong customer focus, an eye for detail and a passion for quality. Outside of the office, Josh loves all things fitness and outdoors, spending weekends at the beach with his family, or renovating his own passion project at home.

Carly embarked on her professional journey in 2016, bringing with her a sharp eye for detail and a natural knack for organization. Throughout her career, she has embraced various roles with versatility, including Accounts Payable, Personal Assistant, CA, and PC, showcasing adaptability and skill diversity. A standout moment for Carly was her appointment as OP at Azura on the final day of 2021, a testament to her unwavering reliability and competence even in high-pressure situations. With a Cert III in Business Administration and a White Card qualification, Carly seamlessly merges her academic background with practical expertise to excel in her endeavours. Away from the office, Carly finds solace and joy in cherished moments with loved ones, including her son Ollie.

Daniel started working in the industry in 2003 where he has held roles as leading hand carpenter, foreman, and site manager. With a strong construction background and industry experience Daniel’s career highlights are getting his builder license and handing over 70 apartments. Daniel enjoys fishing heading to the beach and spending time with his family.

Richard brings to the team six valuable years of experience in the construction industry gained from his previous roles working as both a labourer and for a renowned joiner. Having established strong trade relationships over this time, Richard’s persistent approach and sound understanding of construction processes has established him as a valued asset amongst the Lowe Living team.

Will is a skilled carpenter who started his career in September 2016. With several years of experience under his belt, he has held various roles in the industry, including defect manager, leading hand carpenter, and foreman. A career highlight was achieving OP and PC on his first foreman job – 70 apartments in Brunswick, which took place in June 2022. His strengths include his high energy and proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. In his free time, Will loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, 4-wheel driving, and playing guitar.

Stuart has extensive experience working on large and small projects throughout Melbourne. He values a well presented and organised site ensuring the delivery of high quality finishes by all involved. Stuart’s dedication and work ethic is second to none.

John is based across Low Living Sites and assists the site teams with Labour assistance and ensuring our sites are maintained to a high standard.
