With a Bachelor of Engineering and 18 years of experience in top-tier construction firms, Tim possesses an unparalleled understanding of complex construction methodologies and structures. His passion for developing high-end residential homes is evident in his meticulous attention to detail, which he applies to every project undertaken by the Lowe Living team. Since founding Lowe Living in 2015, Tim has nurtured the company into a leading specialist in medium-density residential and commercial developments. Under his leadership, the business has grown to include a $500 million development and $160 million construction pipeline, featuring an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects. His impressive career includes working for some of Melbourne’s most renowned property developers, including the acclaimed Gurner TM. Jared’s extensive and varied knowledge of the property and construction industry is underpinned by a robust educational background that includes a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Property and Construction, and a Bachelor of Planning and Design. As a Director of Property Development, Jared brings a unique perspective to each project, combining his extensive knowledge of architecture, planning, and construction with a deep understanding of the market and its trends. Damien holds a diploma in Building and Construction Management, and throughout his career has worked on a wide range of construction projects, including high-end residential developments and commercial buildings. His extensive experience and technical expertise allow him to manage complex construction projects with ease, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standards. He is an integral member of the Lowe Living team, driving excellence in construction and helping to bring their vision for smart and intelligent property solutions to life. Out of the office, Damien spends his free time playing golf and visiting upcoming restaurants motivated by his avid interest in food.

Marianna Malkin

Ben is the Senior Development manager for Emerald Place and Kallara House.

As the Graphic Designer, Amanda is responsible for the design and production of Lowe Living collateral, including producing graphic and information design solutions in-house and managing creative and other external suppliers.

With 13 years experience in the property industry and a background in settlement and quality management, Helen’s role as a Client Advocate positions her as a dedicated representative throughout a client’s Lowe Living journey. Helen’s role is to ensure every new home reflects each individual’s unique touch and provide the support needed to make certain all goals are met. Away from work Helen enjoys being outdoors and can be found exploring new walk routes on her weekends.

With a degree in Psychological Science and Criminology, Brittany joined Lowe Living an Alignment Consultant with Mirrored Horizons. With a passion for people, Brittany’s strengths are the perfect combination of being personable, an excellent listener, and detail-oriented. Nathan Jones

After a successful 16-year career as a professional AFL footballer, including 6 years as Captain of Melbourne F.C, Nathan joined the team in early 2022 to pursue his passion for high quality property development. Nathan brings invaluable skills from years in a high-performance industry, demonstrating performance, leadership, teamwork and discipline. Nathan’s skill set will focus on strengthening current and future relationships of key networks and stakeholders to assist in the sustainable growth and success of Lowe Living.

Finance Manager

Tania brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the Lowe Living team. She has held various roles throughout her career, with a focus on finance in FMCG and Modular Construction. As a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems, Tania has an exceptional eye for detail, coupled with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Tania was drawn to the organisation’s innovative approach to the industry and their track record of doing great things. In her free time, Tania loves coaching Blasters (little tackers) cricket, having previously coached basketball for 20 years.

Eugene is a mentor to his design team and successfully oversees multiple projects to a successful completion with diligence and ease. Outside of work Eugene enjoys restoring classic motor vehicles.

Adam Warfe

Estimator & Cost Planner

Adam has a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Construction Management. Adam values the building of relationships with clients, trades and co-workers while gaining their respect. His attention to detail and understanding of construction methodologies has ensured Lowe Living projects are delivered to the highest standard. He enjoys all kinds of sport but AFL, cricket and surfing are particular favourites.

Vaughan Halifax

Project Manager

Since his introduction to the industry in 2007 Vaughan has enjoyed an extensive background in both Project Management and Contract Administration roles, as well as experience as a qualified Electrician. Drawn to Lowe Living for their reputation of meticulous quality in their builds, his proficient attention to detail and adept people management skills have seen him excel throughout his time with the team. When he is not busy at work Vaughan enjoys keeping busy renovating his house as well as spending time with his young daughter.

With almost 10 years in the industry and a Bachelor of Environments (Major in Architecture), at Melbourne Uni, Mila applies her extensive construction knowledge and excellent communication skills to accurately and efficiently manage multiple projects. Outside of the office, Mila has a passion for cooking and enjoys spending time in nature with her young family.

Kristian is a Contract Administrator who started working in the industry in 2015. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree,Kristian brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the team. Starting his career in the construction industry as a carpenter in 2013, Ross expanded his expertise in 2017 upon completion of his Diploma of Building & Construction and Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management. This holistic understanding of construction, coupled with diligent attention to detail, allows Ross to support projects with efficiency and accuracy. Outside of the office, Ross enjoys playing golf and hockey.

Josh Kinder

Maintenance and Quality Assurance Manager

Josh has extensive experience in construction with roles ranging from carpentry to building supervision. Josh has worked with several award-winning builders, instilling in him, a strong customer focus, an eye for detail and a passion for quality. Outside of the office, Josh loves all things fitness and outdoors, spending weekends at the beach with his family, or renovating his own passion project at home.

Carly Chilton

Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator

Carly is responsible for assisting in the management and administration of procedures, outputs, and aftercare for all development projects. Carlys roles has a day-to-day operational focus on efficiently overseeing administration of aftercare provided to achieve client satisfaction.

Carly provides assistance to the Pre-Construction and Construction team in managing project documentation across the project lifecycle.

Daniel Buchanan

Daniel started working in the industry in 2003 where he has held roles as leading hand carpenter, foreman, and site manager. With a strong construction background and industry experience Daniel’s career highlights are getting his builder license and handing over 70 apartments. Daniel enjoys fishing heading to the beach and spending time with his family.

Richard brings to the team six valuable years of experience in the construction industry gained from his previous roles working as both a labourer and for a renowned joiner. Having established strong trade relationships over this time, Richard’s persistent approach and sound understanding of construction processes has established him as a valued asset amongst the Lowe Living team.

Matt Donnoli

Site Foreman

Passionate about construction, Matt has built a career off attention to detail and problem-solving. Having entered the industry in 2017 as part of a boutique residential builder’s team, Matt gained experience as a carpenter and site manager, developing a keen eye for identifying and solving issues.

A career highlight was contributing to the construction of an architecturally designed home in Hawthorn that featured an impressive rooftop view of the city, an indoor spa, and an eight-car garage. Alongside his construction experience, he holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from RMIT. When he’s not on the job, he loves playing golf on weekends, participating in social basketball during the week, and spending time at the beach.

Will Tidey

Will is a skilled carpenter who started his career in September 2016. With several years of experience under his belt, he has held various roles in the industry, including defect manager, leading hand carpenter, and foreman. A career highlight was achieving OP and PC on his first foreman job – 70 apartments in Brunswick, which took place in June 2022. His strengths include his high energy and proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. In his free time, Will loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, 4-wheel driving, and playing guitar.
