Unlock the Essence of Brighton

As acclaimed developers of luxury medium-density residences in Melbourne’s most desirable locations, Lowe Living has once again delivered on our commitment to creating homes of exceptional design and superb craftsmanship with our latest project, Sera Brighton.
Designed for sophisticated living, Sera Brighton is a collection of generously proportioned and sustainably conscious residences in a beloved Brighton location. The uncompromising quality and captivating textural beauty of the apartments is the collaborative effort of Lowe Living, award winning Warren and Mahoney and eminent Jack Merlo.

At Lowe Living we are dedicated to producing high quality, beautiful residences that not only deliver enduring enjoyment for our discerning clients, but also respond to their environment. This is why we partner with market leading architects, interior architects and landscape architects that have a proven record of outstanding and timeless design in similar local precincts. Tim Lowe, Managing Director of Lowe Living explains that “sophistication and sensitivity to the site’s legacy, is a powerful driver behind every Lowe Living project.”

This was a key consideration for Warren and Mahoney when designing the luxury residences in the heart of Dendy Village. Nick Deans, Principal, Warren and Mahoney, explains “This is the first development of its kind on this street – so we were very aware of the responsibility of setting the tone for future development.” Sera Brighton’s arched forms are a gentle nod to the architectural identity of the existing building, while clean contemporary lines respond to the exclusivity of the area. A stunning ensemble of white brickwork, warm bronze framing and smooth concrete finish balustrades add textural references to the unique topography of the nearby Bayside shoreline.
Sera Brighton’s inspired fusion of historical and contemporary design continues through to its refined interiors. Natural toned finishes are delicately paired with high quality fixtures and Miele appliances. “We’ve gone for a soft and tonally layered palette with a warm mineral quality. And a relaxed, polished interior aesthetic connects to the external built form,” describes Deans.

A standout design feature of Sera Brighton is the recessed private balconies that effortlessly transition from generous living zones, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation and entertaining. Jack Merlo’s landscaping frames balcony views, while greenery cascades from planter boxes on the articulated top levels. The private penthouse terrace is bordered by lush planters, offering seclusion and tranquility. “Soft cascading vegetation extends seamlessly with the large terraces. Planting schemes provide contrasting foliage forms and seasonal flowering, selected for their hardiness and moderate watering requirements,” says Director Jack Merlo.

Health and wellbeing is a key appeal of the Bayside lifestyle, and Sera Brighton offers a holistic approach to wellness and green living. Boasting a 7.5 star energy rating and range of Environmentally Sustainable Design features, including energy and water efficient appliances, solar panels and secure undercover bicycle parking.

Offering relaxed living with abundant amenity in meticulously crafted residences of distinction at a prestigious address, Sera Brighton is the key to lifestyle perfection.
