Lowe Living – 2017 A year in review
With 2017 drawing to a close, we are very happy to be sharing an overview of the year for Lowe Group, showcasing our activities, projects and achievements from the last 12 months
In early 2017 there was some ‘new news’ from Lowe, with a rebrand and reposition from Lowe Development Group to form Lowe Group. To define the specialisms and particular services Lowe Group offered, two company divisions were created; Lowe Living and Lowe Create.

In early 2017 there was some ‘new news’ from Lowe, with a rebrand and reposition from Lowe Development Group to form Lowe Group. To define the specialisms and particular services Lowe Group offered, two company divisions were created; Lowe Living and Lowe Create.
Lowe Living are responsible for the end-to-end development of exclusive residential apartments, with specialist services in site acquisition, development management, sales and marketing support and post purchase support. Whilst Lowe Create are a trusted design and construct builder. As well as providing building services to Lowe Living, Lowe Create also work with like-minded residential developers and discerning individuals to create elegant yet comfortable single and multiple-dwelling homes.

2017 saw the launch of two superior Lowe Living projects. In a prime location on Main Street, Mordialloc, Pescar is a collection of 13 luxury apartments with spectacular bay views and exceptional amenity just moments away. Undertaking a new collaboration with Wolveridge Architects and Golden (Formerly We Are Huntly), Lowe Living launched Promenade in October. Located just steps away from the golden sands of Aspendale beach via a private walkway, Promenade’s design is a seamless transition from beach to apartment.
Displaying the finest in exclusive beachside living, Promenade sold over 50% of apartments within the first month of opening and is due to commence construction in February. Click here to enquire about Promenade.
For both projects, Lowe Living partnered with Lowe Create to construct these beautiful homes, allowing an end-to-end service in development and construction, a fully integrated approach from start to finish.
2017 also saw Lowe Create partner on a number of inspiring projects with other respected Melbourne developers.
Showcasing the best in residential construction, Lowe Create delivered a stunning 5-bedroom beachside home in Beaumaris, commenced construction on five extraordinary homes in Hampton in collaboration with the land owners, and has almost completed five luxury designer apartments just moments away from vibrant Church Street in Brighton.
With 2018 just around the corner, Lowe Group have a number of unique and desirable Bayside projects in the pipeline. 5 designer luxury boutique apartments in Black Street Brighton, just steps away from vibrant Church Street Brighton and two larger projects in both Chelsea and Aspendale, leading on from the great success of Pescar and Promenade, all with the opportunity to develop and build stunning, coastal homes for those who value best-in-class living. Lowe Group will continue to set a new standard in home design, with quality finishes and the finest attention to detail, creating homes that reflect our core belief of quality over quantity.
