This year, we saw the successful sell through of our latest project Hampton Hill, the final release of Sera Brighton, the acquisition of an exciting new project in South Melbourne and tremendous progress on all our construction projects.

Featured in the Local Project,  Herald Sun, Urban.com.au and The Australian , Hampton Hill, balances the easy pace of a beachside location with the culture and sophistication of a prestigious metropolitan address. Created in collaboration with globally renowned architects Woods Bagot and landscape architects Florian Wild, this collection of 7.5 star energy rated residences, makes a meaningful contribution to the local urban fabric. The project set a benchmark for community engagement and architectural design with permits granted in record time. Hampton Hill is now over 65% sold and construction is anticipated to start early in the new year.

At Lowe Living, we have built a reputation for delivering an elevated way of life. Key to our continued success is collaboration. Our recent partnership with iconic Australian figure, Bec Judd to design the interiors of the final Sera Brighton release, creating signature joinery, materials and a finishes package that enhances the existing floorplans, delivers a sophistication and individuality synonymous with Bayside. With limited stock remaining and construction underway, situated in beloved Brighton, Sera is the first of our two exclusive projects that Bec is collaborating on, bringing her unique style and eye for interior design to a multi-residential interiors project.

This year, we were extremely proud to submit plans for a $160M mixed-use development in the heart of South Melbourne, drawing on our expertise in boutique development spaces, to leverage larger-scale residential and mixed-use projects, while retaining a distinct customer focus on luxury owner-occupiers.

Our construction team have worked tirelessly to ensure our milestones were met to a meticulous standard. In January 2022, award winning Azura Aspendale joined the flourishing collection of luxury residences completed in Melbourne’s most sought-after locations.

Breathtaking in beauty, spectacular in scale and uncompromised in quality, Azura Aspendale focuses on bringing moments of joy and delight to daily living. Residents are now settled and enjoying their second summer in this tranquil beachfront setting.

2023 anticipates the completion of three construction projects: Topaz Parkdale, Larnook Armadale and Sera Brighton.

With only one luxury townhome remaining, Topaz Parkdale is a stunning ensemble of apartments and townhomes just moments away from the golden sands and glistening blue waters of Parkdale Beach. This collaborative effort of Lowe Living with renowned team Chamberlain Architects and one of Australia’s leading landscape architects Jack Merlo will be ready for its new homeowners in early 2023.

With limited stock remaining and construction well underway, Larnook offers the ultimate in contemporary sophistication and prestigious living in Stonnington’s prized suburb of Armadale. This collection of 7.5 star energy rated residences, including a palatial penthouse, is the collaborative effort of Warren and Mahoney, acclaimed interior design studio GOLDEN and eminent landscape architect, Eckersley Garden Architecture. Larnook Armadale sees Lowe Living broaden our presence in Melbourne’s most aspirational suburbs and expand into the exclusive Stonnington area.

In addition to our professional achievements, this year has seen our continued partnership with children’s charity, Very Special Kids. By sponsoring their key events, we have aided Very Special Kids in raising critical funds to support children and their families through the hardest time of their lives. This past year we have contributed over $40,000 to events and initiatives that have helped raise over $1 million.

In September the Lowe Living team once-again participated in Connor’s Run ‘Your Way Any Day’, in support of the Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation, to raise money and help change the odds for young people with brain cancer.

We are looking forward to a prosperous year ahead with exciting projects in the pipeline – including highly anticipated Oceano Hampton, Como Pde Parkdale and Clarendon St South Melbourne.

On behalf of everyone at Lowe Living, we would like to sincerely thank our clients and partners for their continued support. We wish you all a very happy and safe festive season.
