Made in Milan
As a design-led residential developer, Lowe Living believes great places are created through a constant pursuit of inspiration, innovation and global perspective. That's why we travelled to Salone de Mobile to explore emerging thinking around craftsmanship, materiality, experience and design, and to understand how these ideas are influencing the next generation of contemporary living. Discover the stories, insights and inspiration behind Made in Milan below.
Part I – At the source
Film one follows Lowe Living Co-Founder Tim Lowe as he travels to Carrara, Italy, alongside David Campagnino of Signorino, to experience the quarry firsthand and personally select the stone that will feature in our upcoming projects. Lowe Living’s vertically integrated approach allows us to oversee every stage of the journey, from sourcing and selection through to delivery, ensuring each home is shaped by thoughtful design and lasting quality. For generations, Carrara has supplied stone for some of the world’s most iconic architecture. Experiencing the quarries firsthand and learning about the legacy of the craft that continues today reinforces the importance of selecting materials with enduring character and provenance.

At Salone del Mobile, we experienced the likes of Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès and Loro Piana, who demonstrated how luxury today is increasingly defined by connection, aspiration and lifestyle. As we continue to investigate the ideas shaping global luxury, these insights are helping inform how we think about the future of living creating places that foster a deeper sense of identity, belonging and experience.
