2023 A Year in Review
Lowe Living remained focused on delivering a market-leading design, build quality and high-end spaces throughout 2023, creating homes that stand the test of time, and setting new standards for design, creativity, and innovation.
Reflecting on 2023, we are proud to have accomplished numerous milestones across our project collection. The past 12 months have seen Lowe Living successfully complete three luxury projects across Bayside and Metro Melbourne: Sera Brighton, Topaz Parkdale, and Larnook Armadale.
Additionally, we launched two new projects, including our largest project to date, Emerald Place in South Melbourne, and Kallara House in Parkdale. Collaborating with key partners, including leading architects, interior designers and landscape architects, has enabled us to redefine luxury living in some of Melbourne’s most sought-after locations.
Distinctive homes characterised by spacious layouts, sustainable principles, exceptional design and unwavering quality reflect Lowe Living’s commitment to excellence.

Over the past year, we celebrated the successful completion of three notable projects – Topaz Parkdale, Sera Brighton and Larnook Armadale. We also launched two new projects, each embodying Lowe Living’s signature of quality design that enhances the architectural landscape of their surroundings.
It was a successful year at Topaz Parkdale, with 95% of residences selling prior to completion. The project received multiple awards across various categories, recognising the exceptional craftsmanship and standards of excellence delivered by the Lowe Living team and our project partners. Topaz Parkdale presents a modernist masterpiece, offering a distinct design language that embodies a relaxed beachside lifestyle.
Secondly, we proudly completed Sera Brighton, welcoming Rustica Bakery & Café on the ground floor. The newly completed on-site display apartment, crafted in collaboration with Bec Judd, Warren & Mahoney, Norsu Interiors and Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery, offers clients an immersive experience and an opportunity to envision life within this coastal sanctuary. Our interior consultant partnership with the Bec Judd was highlighted through a design tour video, receiving over 150,000 views and celebrating the essence of sophisticated living.
Thirdly, Larnook Armadale finished construction and saw happy residents settle into their new stunning homes in November whilst attracting over 30 groups at the grand launch event, all impressed by the exceptional product quality – the remainder have flown out the door. The project’s design honours the tradition of prestige, architectural splendour and botanical beauty, offering an unmatched lifestyle within the prestigious suburb of Armadale.
Two projects made significant progress at Hampton Hill and Oceano, with construction well underway and slab pours set to take place ahead of the holiday period. An elegant event at EntrecĂ´te saw us celebrate Oceano and our design collaboration with Bec Judd, successfully selling 55% of apartments prior to launching to the market.
The year also marked the launch of our largest project to date – Emerald Place in South Melbourne. A developer partnership with ICON Developments, the project comprises residential apartments, boutique retail and commercial spaces and is set to present an unrivalled level of luxury in the heart of South Melbourne.
Our Managing Director, Tim Lowe, commented, “Arriving home to Emerald Place is an opportunity for our buyers to escape the urban atmosphere of South Melbourne and step inside a verdant, tranquil and luxurious haven,”.
Lastly our latest coastal project was released in November, Kallara House, a premium project nestled beside Parkdale Village. Crafted in collaboration with Warren and Mahoney and surrounded by the verdant landscapes by Vivid Green Landscapes, this visionary project drew inspiration from Parkdale’s tea-tree roots. Exemplifying modern luxury, the residences have redefined the essence of coastal living.
In addition to our professional achievements, the past year highlights our commitment to philanthropy through our ongoing partnership with Very Special Kids (VSK). We personally raised $17,731 at the VSK 24hour treadmill challenge, contributing to the overall achievement of surpassing $720K in donations. We also supported and sponsored noteworthy events, including the VSK Ladies Lunch, Footy Fever Debate and the VSK Autumn Classic contributing to raising over $1,142,000 for the year.
Our team is proud to have raised essential funds through these initiatives, contributing to Very Special Kids’ ability to continue providing much-needed support to children and their families during their most challenging times.
On behalf of everyone at Lowe Living, we would like to sincerely thank our clients, partners and friends for their continued support. We wish you all a very happy and safe festive season.
