2024 Year in review
Lowe Living has celebrated an extraordinary year of milestones and achievements across its portfolio of projects, each reflecting the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and community. With a clear vision for the future, Lowe Living remains dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences for our clients and maintaining its position as a luxury lifestyle brand in the property sector.
Our commitment to design excellence and community-driven projects has remained stedfast in 2024, with the launch of two new developments, the commencement of construction on two projects, and the successful completion of another. From groundbreaking ceremonies to unveiling new and completed projects, the team continues to set new standards in the property development industry, shaping vibrant communities and delivering timeless, high-quality living spaces.

The year started with the grand opening of Miramar in Sandringham in May. Tim Lowe, Co Founder of Lowe Living, explained, “We chose Sandringham for the Miramar project because of its coastal location, limited apartment offerings, and vibrant village community. Boasting a 7.5-star energy rating, an amazing level of amenity, and architectural significance to its future residents, Miramar represents a new standard of bayside living.” With construction commencing early next year, this milestone highlights Lowe Living’s commitment to delivering excellence in bayside living.

At Emerald Place, we celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony in August at 182-200 Clarendon St, South Melbourne. The event honoured the collaboration between Lowe Living and key project partners, including ICON Developments and internationally acclaimed architect, Woods Bagot. We were also honoured to have Port Phillip Councillor, Marcus Pearl, join us, whose steadfast commitment to community development plays a crucial role in the success of local projects. With construction well-underway, and over 50% sold, we are proud to be shaping a new landmark in South Melbourne

Kallara House also made significant strides, with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by State Member for Mordialloc, Tim Richardson MP, celebrating the official commencement of construction. With over 50% of residences already sold, Kallara House has been warmly embraced by the community. As Tim Lowe shared at the event, “We are deeply thankful to our valued project partners, including architect Warren & Mahoney, landscape architect Tom Fritsch of Vivid Green, and the entire Lowe Living team for their exceptional efforts on Kallara House so far.”

Ground breaking ceremonies were followed by project completions, with the Lowe Living team delivering Oceano Hampton in October. Epitomises modern coastal living with a perfect fusion of bold architecture and inviting interiors, this project was both developed and built by Lowe Living, alongside partners ADDARC, Bec Judd, and Florian Wild, and furniture partners Collective and Zenn Design.
“Oceano was about creating living spaces where contrasting elements—strong architectural lines and soft, inviting interiors—work in harmony,” said Bec. The result is a cohesive and luxurious living experience that redefines modern bayside living.

Lowe Living also welcomed our third development to the Parkdale area, Elanora Place. This exceptional collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences draws inspiration from mid-century modern design and coastal elegance. Perfectly positioned along Como Parade, Elanora Place embodies a coastal lifestyle while fostering community-focused living.

Lowe Living is deeply committed to giving back to the community through philanthropic partnerships that align with our core values of passion. For over four years, Lowe Living has proudly supported Very Special Kids, Victoria’s only children’s hospice, which provides palliative care for children with life-limiting conditions and support for their families. Our partnership aligns with our values of compassion and community through fundraising events like the annual Golf Day , Ladies’ Lunch , Footy Fever Lunch , and the 24-Hour Treadmill Challenge , collectively raising over $500,000. These events have raised substantial amounts to help ensure these vital services remain free of charge.
In addition, we continue to support Connor’s Run, which raised an incredible $1.5 million for brain cancer research this year, and the Brain Ball which supports The Brain Cancer Centre charity, funding vital initiatives. These contributions reflect our deep commitment to community, ensuring essential services and research continue to help those in need.

And finally, Lowe Living unveiled a new logo in 2024, designed in collaboration with creative agency Cassette, signifying the company’s growth and evolving identity. The new wordmark, featuring a monogram of united “L’s,” embodies the brand’s commitment to sophistication, craftsmanship, and timelessness. Co founder Emma Lowe states, “We want every interaction with Lowe Living to evoke excitement and reassurance, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to evolve and elevate our brand, product, and service.” This rebrand sets a new standard in redefining luxury, building emotional connections through authenticity and trust. It will be integrated across various channels, enhancing Lowe Living’s excellence
Looking ahead to 2025, the entire team at Lowe Living is excited to bring three exceptional new projects to market, elevating our existing portfolio to new heights. Each development will showcase luxury and modern living in thoughtfully curated locations, with a strong focus on lifestyle for future clients. These projects reflect Lowe Living’s unwavering commitment to high-quality design, meticulous craftsmanship, and the creation of community-focused living spaces that seamlessly blend sophistication and comfort.
