Breaking ground at Elanora Place, Parkdale

Lowe Living celebrated the commencement of construction at Elanora Place with a groundbreaking ceremony, hosted on site at 152 Como Parade West, Parkdale.

The event brought together Lowe Living’s key project partners and was honoured by the presence of local representatives and industry collaborators. Among those attending were local MP Tim Richardson, development Partner Monark, architect Jackson Clements Burrows, and landscape architect Plume Studio, whose expertise has been integral in bringing Elanora Place to life.

Tim and Emma Lowe, Co-Founders and Managing Directors of Lowe Living, reflected on the milestone, saying
