Breaking ground at Maison Savoy, Brighton
Lowe Living, has officially commenced construction on its $160million, ultra-exclusive Maison Savoy project along Brighton’s most prestigious stretch of the Esplanade. Early works have been underway since earlier this year, with the turn of the first sod signifying a successful pre-sales period which has resulted in the project’s construction now ramping up concurrently to the public launch of sales.
Maison Savoy brings together an exceptional design team – Studio Kennon as architect and interior designer, Myles Baldwin as landscape architect, and Aurora Spa & Bathhouse as the private wellness collaborator – with an Aurora Spa & Bathhouse included exclusively for residents.

Members of the Brighton Savoy Hotel family, who once owned the hotel were also in attendance, adding a meaningful connection to the site’s rich legacy as they welcomed a new chapter.

Tim Lowe, Co-Founder of Lowe Living, commented: “ Maison Savoy is the most significant project Lowe Living has delivered to date. As a builder-developer, our in-house construction capability is something I’m immensely proud of; it gives our funding partners certainty and ensures every project is delivered with the quality and rigour we’ve built our reputation on.”

Emma Lowe, Co-Founder of Lowe Living, said; “ Every single design decision from the materiality and design intent through to the furniture in the lobby and treatments we will offer in the private Aurora Spa & Bathhouse, has been considered to the most exacting degree.
A legacy in the making, Maison Savoy represents a rare, coveted collection of ultra-luxury homes that have thoughtfully reimagined the renowned former Brighton Savoy hotel address, and will exude elegance and enduring appeal in this serene waterfront setting. Residences at Maison Savoy are generously scaled, with expansive total areas spanning 295 to 606 square metres, including a limited number of penthouses. Purchasers are expected to move into their ultra-luxury address by early 2028.
