Lowe Living celebrated the commencement of construction at Marella with a groundbreaking ceremony, hosted on site at 31-35 Alicia Street, Hampton.

The event brought together Lowe Living staff and key project partners and was honoured by the presence of local representatives and project collaborators. Among those attending were local MP James Newbury, architect Cera Stribley, and landscape architect Plume Studio whose expertise has been integral in bringing Marella to life.

Tim Lowe, Co-Founder of Lowe Living, reflected on the milestone, saying:
“It’s always a really exciting milestone for us as a business to reach this part of the project. Thank you to everyone for their support to get this far. If we look through the journey of what Marella has been for our business, what we have here is a really unique offering for Hampton, driven around lifestyle.”

James Newbury MP also shared his congratulations, saying:
“I don’t normally come out and visit sites, but I make an absolute exception for Lowe Living. We need to grow and we need homes for the local community, and what Lowe Living does is something I think that we should all lean into and be proud of.”

Marella will be a distinguished coastal residence in Hampton, comprising a boutique collection of 32 two- and three-bedroom apartments. Developed and built by Lowe Living in collaboration with architect Cera Stribley, landscape architect Plume Studio and development partner Monark, the residences combine sophisticated design, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing to create a secure, secluded, and elegant coastal lifestyle.
