Bringing bayside’s Elanora Place vision to life: A styling collaboration with Karin Bochnik
At Lowe Living, we are driven by a commitment to design excellence, premium materiality and elevated living. In collaboration with our trusted partners and industry leading creatives we deliver homes of distinction and purpose.
As one of our latest design partnerships, we are proud to collaborate with interior stylist Karin Bochnik. Karin has shaped the visual identity of Elanora Place from its renders through to the realisation of the display suite. With a distinct vision grounded in natural rhythm and modernist cues, Karin’s styling brings warmth, tactility and refinement to every space, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
For Elanora Place, Karin envisioned a tactile bridge between the architecture’s modernist lines and the coastal surroundings of Parkdale, layering organic forms and mid-century silhouettes in a way that feels curated, contemporary and quietly luxurious.
From the moment you step into the display suite, her thoughtful aesthetic is felt in every detail. Considered styling captures soft tones, sculptural accents and mid-century sensibility, brought to life in a way that is immersive and emotionally resonant.

“The styling approach was informed from the natural rhythms of the bay,” says Karin. “Soft tones, sculptural accents and a mid-century sensibility brought warmth and a sense of ease to the modern interior shell display suite.”

Elanora Place, developed and built by Lowe Living in collaboration with Jackson Clements Burrows Architects and Plume Studio, is defined by its coastal palette, open plan interiors and connection to nature, all enhanced by Karin’s cohesive styling vision.
This partnership is testament to the power of creative collaboration, bringing design intent to life in a way that feels effortless, authentic and deeply connected to place.
