Celebrating the completion of Kallara House, Parkdale

Lowe Living recently hosted an exclusive preview of Kallara House, offering industry partners and key collaborators a first look at our latest vision of modern coastal living in Parkdale.

Kallara House marked its completion with an intimate event inviting guests to explore the architecture, interiors, and landscaped surrounds that define its contemporary coastal character in Bayside. The experience was enhanced by artwork from Antoinette Ferwerda, furniture by GlobeWest and Create Expectations, music by Hey Jack, and catering by Grazin Queen celebrating both the design excellence and community spirit of Parkdale.

Developed and built by Lowe Living in collaboration with Warren Mahoney, Vivid Green Landscapes, and development partner Monark, Kallara House features a thoughtfully crafted collection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments designed to offer functional luxury, blending seaside allure with modern living. With construction now complete, a limited number of apartments remain.
