Lowe Living is proud to introduce Elanora Place, a contemporary collection of forty-three residences situated in the charming bayside locale of Parkdale, nestled just a short stroll from the beach.
These residences are a welcoming retreat of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, developed and built by Lowe Living, designed in collaboration with acclaimed architect Jackson Clements Burrows and landscape architect Plume Studio.
“This is one of the last super-sites in the area, and we approached the design with both the community and the site’s potential in mind.” says Tim Lowe, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lowe Living.
Drawing inspiration from the Indigenous word meaning ‘a home by the sea’, Elanora Place honours the natural beauty of its environment. It represents the pinnacle of Parkdale’s coastal design and mid-century modernism, with each residence seamlessly blending into its surroundings.

Entertaining at Elanora Place combines style and functionality, with natural stone benchtops, LED-lit splashback ledges, and sage or grey joinery creating a sophisticated setting. The central island features premium Bosch appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, rangehood, and dishwasher. Brushed nickel fixtures and an optional French door integrated fridge in three-bedroom residences elevate the space, making it perfect for culinary luxury and stylish gatherings.
Every detail is crafted for relaxation and entertaining, offering an exceptional living experience. Open-plan living areas, engineered floorboards, and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with natural light.
