Hampton Hill, completed project feature
A harmonious blend of architectural excellence and lush landscaping, it reflects refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Enhancing the fabric of Hampton, this standout development offers a lifestyle of sophistication and ease in one of Melbourne’s most sought-after suburbs.
At its inception, Bayside City Council speculated that “Hampton Hill could be considered part of the suburb’s heritage”, a sentiment that is even more relevant now as the completed residences stand as a testament to thoughtful design and high-quality craftsmanship.
Lowe Living Co-Founder and Managing Director, Tim Lowe explains, “what excites us most about delivering Hampton Hill is the opportunity to bring something truly unique to Hampton — a development that blends relaxed coastal living with the vibrancy of urban life. It’s not just about the architecture; it’s about offering residents a sense of sanctuary and connection to the community, while enhancing the local area with thoughtfully designed spaces that respond to the natural beauty and energy of Bayside. Seeing all the elements come together — from the design to the lifestyle — is incredibly rewarding.”
Designed by award-winning architects Woods Bagot, the building’s soft sandy façade and cascading greenery blend seamlessly into its coastal surroundings. Inside, a striking fusion of architecture and nature unfolds around a central lightwell, lined with vibrant plant life and a serene reflection pool. “We selected Woods Bagot for their expertise in tactile materials, timeless design, and proven ability to create shared spaces that enhance residents’ everyday living,” says Tim Lowe.
Landscape architect Florian Wild was selected for their depth of experience, which informed a strong landscaping response to the façade, as well as the ground floor lightwell and reflection pool.
Hampton Hill is made up of over 29 residences, over 600 square metres of retail space, and two levels of underground car parking, with the crown jewel being the full floor penthouse. Complimented by the gallery lobby, reflection pool and garden, offering a true sense of tranquillity.
Each residence was thoughtfully crafted to maximise space and comfort. “My favourite design feature of the project is the lobby. Our clients leave the vibrancy of Hampton Street and enter the tranquillity of the beautiful, lush greenery and reflection pond through the atrium, allowing them a sense of calm before they reach their individual home” says Co Founder and Managing Director, Emma Lowe.
Premium finishes enhance every apartment, with stone benchtops, bespoke joinery, timber flooring, and Miele appliances as standard. Additionally, 17 of the residences include dedicated study spaces, catering to the growing demand for work-from-home flexibility.
Thoughtful landscaping enhances outdoor spaces with terrace planters, coastal grasses and cascading foliage. It creates a calm connection between indoor and outdoor living, while providing greener outlooks, privacy and screening. The landscaping works with the architecture to draw light and natural elements into each home.
The full floor penthouse, the pinnacle of the development, boasts stunning bay and city views, several large living spaces, and a private plunge pool.

Sustainability was a key focus when bringing this project to life, Hampton Hill has achieved a 7.5-star NatHERS energy efficiency rating, due to smart design, optimal orientation, and a commitment to energy-efficient living, including the exclusive use of high-quality electric appliances instead of gas.
Situated within walking distance of Hampton and Brighton beaches, and with Hampton Street’s vibrant shops and dining options at its doorstep, Hampton Hill offers an unparalleled lifestyle.
With its completion, Hampton Hill has solidified its status as a landmark of modern luxury living in Bayside, delivering on its promise of exceptional design, sustainability, and community integration.
A limited number of apartments remain at Hampton Hill. This project also proudly joins Lowe Living’s distinguished portfolio of luxury residences, including the award-winning Larnook Armadale, Sera Brighton, Topaz Parkdale, Alamer Brighton and Azura Aspendale and Oceano Hampton.
