“This is one of the last super-sites in the area, and we approached the design with both the community and the site’s potential in mind.” says Tim Lowe, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lowe Living.

The name Elanora, draws inspiration from the Indigenous word meaning “a home by the sea,” reflecting the project’s deep connection to its coastal surroundings. Embodying the design principles of mid-century modernism, these residences honour Parkdale’s natural beauty while introducing a contemporary lifestyle-driven vision.

Parkdale’s established amenities, including quality schools and vibrant retail, make it the ideal location for this new community of residences. “The project addresses the need for high-quality, contemporary designed apartments in Bayside,” Tim explains, “we’re introducing a new standard of living while preserving the unique charm of this area.”
