Lowe Living celebrated the launch of Catani, St Kilda West, unveiling a project that honours a rich legacy of design while embracing a strong connection to its coastal setting.

Guests were invited to an exclusive first look inside the Catani display suite at 8 Fitzroy Street St Kilda, where they experienced a development shaped by architectural integrity, materiality, and a deep respect for place.

The evening brought together key project partners for an engaging conversation featuring Interior Designer Brahman Perera and Architect Graham Burrows of JCB Architects. Together, they shared insights into the vision and design thinking behind Catani, highlighting the collaborative process that underpins the project and its commitment to timeless, enduring design. The event offered a refined and intimate atmosphere, with catering by Alex Fournier and curated cocktails by The Tipplers Bar.

Set along Beaconsfield Parade in St Kilda West, Catani introduces an exclusive collection of 18 contemporary residences, featuring 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 2 distinguished penthouses. A genuine waterfront address and one of the last of its kind in St Kilda.
