Selling out within the first few months of launching, our Promenade Aspendale project features an enticing collection of beautiful beachside apartments designed by Wolveridge Architects in collaboration with GOLDEN. While our Pescar Mordialloc residences, designed by Austin Design Associates, have captured the essence of Mordialloc’s coastal environment and only have a couple of apartments remaining.
The recent launch of Alamer Brighton saw the local community eager to admire the design brilliance of these bespoke residences. Created in partnership with the acclaimed Melbourne-based Fiona Lynch Interior Design and renowned Wolveridge Architects, this exclusive collection of just four residences are now selling. Lowe Living has partnered with the acclaimed Chamberlain Architects for a distinctive experience of modern coastal living in Chelsea, launching this November. Chamberlain Architects is a boutique architectural studio with extensive experience in crafting high quality, liveable residences. With the perfect beachside address, this collection of townhouses and apartments showcase leading design and exceptional finish. Maximising space and natural light, a timeless palette of soft interior materials creates a contemporary sanctuary, whilst the robust and neutral palette of external materials compliments with a contemporary silhouette.
Chamberlain Architects are also Lowe Living’s partners on a superb collection of apartments and townhouses in the idyllic beachside suburbs of Aspendale and Parkdale. Launching mid-late 2019, these residences invite carefree sophisticated living and feature outstanding design quality.
Lowe Living is thrilled to partner with Warren and Mahoney for our upcoming project in Black Rock. Founded on a deep-seated belief in the power of design to influence lives and communities, Warren and Mahoney is an Australasian architectural and design practice whose work strives to resonate with communities and enhance a sense of belonging.
Inspired by the geotechnical formations and local history of Black Rock’s Half Moon Bay, Warren and Mahoney’s design intent replicates the contrast that exists between the curved lines of HMVS Cerberus, sunk just off the bay’s shoreline, and the rough edges of the seaside cliffs. State-of-the-art luxury is the hallmark of this unique series of boutique apartments, launching early 2019.
With many successes in 2018 and an array of exciting projects in the pipeline for 2019, Lowe Living continues to set new standards in home design, with quality finishes and the finest attention to detail.
