For over four years, Lowe Living has been privileged to maintain a strong and enduring partnership with Very Special Kids. This commitment goes beyond financial support; it reflects our shared values of compassion, community, and a deep dedication to making a meaningful difference. As Victoria’s only children’s hospice, Very Special Kids provides comprehensive palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, along with essential support for their families.

Our partnership is a testament to our belief in fostering strong community connections and ensuring that vital services are available to families free of charge. Through various events and initiatives, we’ve worked side-by-side to raise funds and awareness, ensuring the charity can continue its invaluable work.

Golf Day 2024: As the event sponsor, we contributed $43,000 to support Very Special Kids, furthering the organisation’s work with children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families.

Ladies’ Lunch 2024: As the Presenting Partner, we helped raise over $124,000 at the Ladies’ Lunch. Our Managing Director, Emma Lowe, spoke at the event, underscoring our gratitude for the opportunity to support this incredible cause, ensuring the charity’s services remain available, completely free of charge.

Footy Fever Lunch 2024: Over $370,000 was raised during the Footy Fever Lunch, supporting 110 nights of respite and end-of-life care, providing essential comfort and professional assistance to families.

24-Hour Treadmill Challenge 2024: Our team raised more than $25,531—our highest total ever—surpassing our fundraising goal. With only one treadmill, we placed in the top 10 teams for funds raised, contributing to a total of more than $650,000.

Lowe Living’s involvement goes beyond mere sponsorship; it’s about fostering a genuine, supportive partnership that amplifies the reach and impact of Very Special Kids‘ critical services. We are committed to continuing our support and look forward to deepening our involvement in the years ahead, standing by this extraordinary organisation and the families they serve.

This exceptional collaboration highlights the power of community and collective action, demonstrating what is possible when we come together for a shared cause.
