Maison Savoy wins Best Display Home at the Master Builder Awards

We’re proud to share that our Maison Savoy display suite in Brighton has been awarded Best Display Home at the 2026 Master Builder Victoria Awards, recognising the considered design, quality and craftsmanship behind the space.

Created to offer a first-hand experience of the Maison Savoy vision, the display suite brings together refined materials, carefully curated interiors and thoughtful detailing to reflect the craftsmanship Maison Savoy represents.

Every element has been considered, from the selection of finishes to the interplay of textures and tones, demonstrating how considered design can shape the experience of a home.

Designed by Studio Kennon and delivered by Lowe Living as both developer and builder, the Maison Savoy display suite offers a fully immersive expression of the residences to come.

At its centre, a four-metre Vanilla Pearl honed stone island anchors a fully operational kitchen, crafted to the exact standard future residents will receive.

Curved walls reveal each space in sequence, while an Oculus skylight draws natural light deep into the plan.

A nine-metre curved screen integrates technology into the architecture, and an immersive Bathhouse room recreates the sensory experience of Aurora to guests.

This recognition is a testament to the collective effort behind Maison Savoy. From our in-house team to our consultants and project partners, the collaboration and commitment of everyone involved have been instrumental in delivering the display.
