The next chapter begins at Catani
A significant milestone has been reached at Catani, St Kilda West with demolition now complete at 364–366 Beaconsfield Parade.
Positioned opposite Catani Gardens and the St Kilda foreshore, the clearing of the site marks the beginning of a new chapter for one of Melbourne’s most prominent beachfront addresses, and an important step forward in bringing Lowe Living’s vision for Catani to life.
For us, this project represents an opportunity to thoughtfully contribute to an iconic coastal setting through architecture, interiors and landscaping that feel deeply connected to place, while standing the test of time.
From the outset, Catani has been driven by a commitment to enduring design and meaningful collaboration. We are proud to be delivering the project alongside an exceptional team including Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, Brahman Perera and Plume Studio – collaborators whose shared design philosophy and attention to detail continue to shape the project in a highly considered way.
Together, the vision for Catani has been carefully developed to respond to the rhythm of the coastal address, as well as the heritage and scale of the surrounding streetscape, and the unique lifestyle that defines St Kilda West.
As the site begins its transformation, Catani continues to evolve into a project that is both grounded in context and forward-looking in its approach to contemporary coastal living.
This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter – stay tuned as more will be revealed soon.
