We are proud to announce that Lowe Living has won the prestigious UDIA National 2025 Award for Excellence in the Medium Density Development category for Larnook Armadale. It was an honour to receive this award at the 2025 UDIA National Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner in Brisbane, alongside some of Australia’s leading developers.

Medium Density Development for Larnook Armadale winner

Drawing inspiration from the botanic beauty set in the 1800’s of nearby Larnook Mansion, whilst also inspiring the project’s namesake, Lowe Living partnered with esteemed design firm Marren and Mahoney for Larnook Armadale.

Nick Deans, Principal of Warren and Mahoney, explains, “Using Larnook Mansion, of which Larnook Street is now named, as a catalyst, the architectural elements are reimagined in a contemporary manner to allow the integration of the building into the broader suburban context.”

The project’s design honours the tradition of prestige, architectural splendour and botanical beauty. The two- and three-bedroom sustainable residences feature leafy north-facing outlooks and expansive outdoor living spaces that unifies with the verdant streetscape, while the recessed penthouse features a private wrap-around balcony for year-round enjoyment. Balancing luxury with sustainability, Larnook Armadale integrates renewable energy features and attains high energy ratings, embodying a commitment to both style and environmental responsibility.

This national recognition reinforces our commitment to excellence and dedication to quality in everything we do. We are incredibly proud of our team and consultants for their hard work in delivering award-winning projects.
