Kitchens centre on sculptural natural stone islands with Wolf appliances, integrated oak joinery and concealed butler’s pantries. Main bedroom suites offer a private retreat, with walk-in robes and ensuites in honed stone and brushed nickel.

Conceived by Studio Kennon, the architecture of Maison Savoy reinterprets the elegance and presence of the former Brighton Savoy Hotel through a contemporary language grounded in proportion, material integrity and enduring craftsmanship. Inspired by coastal beauty and shaped by sensitivity to context, the design responds directly to light, horizon and the rhythm of the bay.
Strong horizontal lines and weighty forms anchor the building to its iconic Esplanade setting, while curved glazing captures shifting skies and expansive water views. A restrained palette of European-sourced brick and natural stone introduces texture and permanence. The result is an architecture defined by clarity, balance and a quiet commitment to complete wellbeing.
The Bathhouse by Aurora
At the heart of Maison Savoy lies The Bathhouse by Aurora, a private sanctuary inspired by revered European bathing traditions. Conceived exclusively for residents by Lyndall Mitchell of Aurora Spa and Bathhouse, it unfolds as a bespoke ten-step journey of restoration, thoughtfully designed to support balance, recovery and everyday wellbeing.
Within this immersive retreat, hydrotherapy pools, a cold plunge, steam room and sauna are arranged in deliberate sequence, guiding the body between activation and repose. A Vichy shower ritual and heated contour beds deepen the experience, encouraging circulation, clarity and calm. Here, daily renewal is not an indulgence, but a considered ritual, woven seamlessly into life at Maison Savoy.
