A defining chapter in Lowe Living’s journey has unfolded, reflecting the strength of our vision and the power of collaboration in 2025.

From landmark acquisitions to construction milestones, award-winning projects, and this gala celebration, each achievement underscores our dedication to creating exceptional living experiences for our clients.

January began with the launch of our partner series, showcasing the incredible collaborators behind our projects. From Jane at Domo Australia and architectural photographer Dave Kulesza, to fine artist Antoinette Ferwerda and furniture partner,  Nick from Collective, these partnerships bring our developments to life with artistry, design, and attention to detail.

At our first project launch of the year, the Parkdale community was welcomed into the Elanora Place display suite, where co-founder Tim Lowe and JCB Architects’ Kathleen Bainbridge revealed a design shaped by local character, lifestyle, and an uncompromising focus on future residents.

February marked a defining moment, with the acquisition of Beaconsfield Parade, St Kilda West; Alicia Street, Hampton; and the Brighton Savoy Hotel—adding $140 million to our development pipeline and securing some of Bayside’s most coveted addresses for future luxury residences. The month also celebrated five years of partnership with Very Special Kids, reaffirming our commitment to supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Momentum continued, with Kallara House topping out and Lowe Living recognised nationally with the UDIA Award for Excellence in Medium Density Development for Larnook Armadale. The month also saw the team mark International Women’s Day, reaffirm support for brain cancer research as major sponsors of The Brain Ball for a second year, and open Hampton Hill to the public an expression of our commitment to design-led, luxury coastal living.

A new leading partnership was announced with Aurora Spa and Bathhouse, introducing a bespoke wellness experience at Maison Savoy. The period also included a directors’ retreat in Daylesford to reflect and plan ahead, alongside the breaking of ground at Miramar Sandringham marking another milestone toward delivering exceptional Bayside residences.

For the 5th year running, the Lowe Living team proudly took part in the Very Special Kids Treadmill Challenge, keeping the pace for 24 hours straight and raising over $43,000, of the $923,500+ raised overall, for children and families with life limiting conditions – our largest total to date.

July brought an exciting new site acquisition in Camberwell, our first site in Boroondara, offering expansive homes, terraces with sweeping views, a residents-only bathhouse, a state-of-the-art gym, and a 600sqm resident recreation and entertaining space—a signature wellness and lifestyle address.

August unfolded as a moment of creativity and reflection, with behind-the-scenes content captured for the Lowe Living coffee table book and completed editions delivered. The month culminated in our 10-year celebration at the State Library Victoria—an unforgettable evening beneath its grand arches, honouring timeless design, enduring partnerships, and the community that has shaped our story. Our team reflected on our 10th anniversary celebrated the people, culture, and dedication that make Lowe Living exceptional. The month concluded with Footy Finals Fever, raising funds for Very Special Kids, reflecting our continued commitment to philanthropy and community.

The season brought a series of refined moments, from an exclusive client mixer at Kallara House and the opening of the Marella display suite to a private Gaggenau experience for Emerald Place residents. Momentum followed on site, with Elanora Place breaking ground, Maison Savoy launching, and Miramar topping out marking a significant milestone in the delivery of luxury Bayside living.

November was defined by design, construction, and recognition, as Emerald Place residents gathered for a pre-settlement evening at Molteni&C, celebrated the project’s topping out, and joined the conversation at the UDIA seminar. and development. Lowe living was honoured to be recognised as the 2025 winner of the UDIA Marketing Award for our Parkdale projects.

Over the past 12 months, we introduced two premium developments to Parkdale, supported by a meticulously considered, design-led marketing strategy that honoured both place and community.

The year concluded with festive celebrations, bringing together a year defined by Lowe Living’s continued commitment to luxury, design, and community—from award-winning projects and philanthropic initiatives to meaningful partnerships and immersive lifestyle experiences. As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to bring our pipeline of exceptional projects to life.
