The shift in buyer demand has led us to place a stronger emphasis on wellness and sustainability in our designs. At our newest site acquisition, Esplanade Brighton, wellness is at the core of our approach. We’re not just creating luxury homes—we’re curating spaces that nurture both physical and mental well-being.

To bring this vision to life, we’ve partnered with Aurora as our wellness advisor, ensuring the integration of wellness-focused features such as meditation zones, saunas, and carefully selected materials that promote a restorative living environment.

“After 28 years of crafting wellness and spa guest journeys, we are excited to design a thoughtfully curated private experience for residents, enhancing their health, relaxation, and overall well-being.” – Lyndall Mitchell, Aurora Spa.

Lowe Living’s plans for Esplanade Brighton include reconfiguring residence layouts to maximise water views and optimise internal spaces. A key highlight is the inclusion of a private full-floor wellness amenity level, drawing inspiration from the traditional European bathhouse experience.

“This shift impacts every aspect of our planning—from the selection of materials to the design of amenities—ensuring we meet the growing demand for spaces that enhance well-being, while still providing luxury and timeless appeal.” – Emma Lowe, Lowe Living

The goal is simple: to deliver luxury that feels personal, purposeful, and timeless. As we continue to lead in designing future-focused homes, wellness remains a key pillar, redefining how we approach luxury living for years to come.
