At Lowe Living, our philosophy extends beyond the creation of beautiful homes. It is about building meaningful connections and enriching the lives of others. This commitment guides every partnership we undertake, particularly those that foster compassion, community and enduring impact.

For the past five years, we have been deeply honoured to partner with Very Special Kids, an extraordinary organisation that provides holistic care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. Their work embodies a rare blend of strength and tenderness, offering support through life, death and grief with unwavering grace.

Earlier this month, our Co-Founders and Managing Directors, Emma and Tim Lowe joined the Very Special Kids community at the National Gallery of Victoria to celebrate the organisation’s remarkable 40-year milestone. The evening paid tribute to the people who have shaped its journey, from its visionary founder Sister Margaret Noone, to the families whose stories continue to inspire hope and connection.

Reflecting on this milestone, we are reminded of the profound importance of community our partnership with Very Special Kids over the past five years has been one of purpose and shared values, grounded in care, empathy and a belief in making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

As Very Special Kids looks ahead to the next forty years, we remain proud to stand beside them in their mission to ensure no family faces the unimaginable alone.
