At Maison Savoy, Lowe Living’s philosophy of design excellence is realised through a deep consideration of how people live, rest and connect. In collaboration with Aurora Spa & Bathhouse founder Lyndall Mitchell a pioneer of Australia’s wellness landscape for more than two decades this partnership will shape a resident-only bathhouse designed as a sanctuary of restoration and connection.

Guided by Lyndall’s evidence-based approach to wellbeing and sensory design, the experience will embody Lowe Living’s commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship and holistic living.

The bathhouse will offer a curated sequence of sensory experiences designed to support daily renewal. From moments of quiet stillness to immersive hydrotherapy, each element will be carefully considered to enhance calm, clarity, and balance for residents.

The experience will be designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life, providing residents with a private space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. It will reflect Maison Savoy’s broader philosophy of timeless design, elevated comfort, and mindful living while allowing for both personal reflection and shared moments within the resident community.

Through this collaboration, Maison Savoy will set a new benchmark for residential wellness, bringing together design, ritual, and sensory experience to create a home environment that is both restorative and beautifully considered.

Positioned on Brighton’s iconic Esplanade, Maison Savoy will offer 19 exclusive 2 and 3-bedroom residences inspired by the legacy of the historic Brighton Savoy Hotel.
