Industry insight in action
Last week, our Director of Property Development, Jared Byass, had the privilege of presenting at UDIA’s inaugural Feasibility and Financing Fundamentals course.
Designed in response to industry feedback, the program equips the next generation of property leaders with practical knowledge to assess project viability and navigate the complexities of development.
Jared shared a case study highlighting the feasibility and successful delivery of one of Lowe Living’s greenfield projects in Victoria, outlining the challenges faced, solutions implemented, and outcomes achieved. The session offered attendees actionable insights and reinforced the value of rigorous planning, innovative thinking, and collaborative problem-solving in property development.
The course was met with enthusiasm from participants, one of whom noted, “I really enjoyed the Feasibility and Financing Fundamentals session last Friday, it was super insightful and practical. Thank you for having me!”
At Lowe Living, we are proud to contribute to initiatives that elevate industry knowledge and foster the growth of future property leaders. Sharing our experience and insights is an extension of our commitment to excellence, innovation, and meaningful collaboration within the property community.
