Drawing inspiration from the botanic beauty set in the 1800’s of nearby Larnook Mansion, whilst also inspiring the project’s namesake, Lowe Living partnered with with esteemed design firm Warren and Mahoney for Larnook Armadale. Recently unveiling the project, the building features a refined tiered podium, that pays homage to the site’s historical legacy, and showcases architectural proportion, scale and materiality. Nick Deans, Principal of Warren and Mahoney, explains, “Using Larnook Mansion, of which Larnook Street is now named, as a catalyst, the architectural elements are reimagined in a contemporary manner to allow the integration of the building into the broader suburban context.”

The project’s design honours the tradition of prestige, architectural splendour and botanical beauty. The two- and three-bedroom sustainable residences feature leafy north-facing outlooks and expansive outdoor living spaces that unifies with the verdant streetscape, while the recessed penthouse features a private wrap-around balcony for year-round enjoyment. Balancing luxury with sustainability, Larnook Armadale integrates renewable energy features and attains high energy ratings, embodying a commitment to both style and environmental responsibility.
