Nick Deans, Principal at Warren and Mahoney, delves into the site’s history, shedding light on the building’s distinctive three-tier podium façade. He emphasizes the striking geometry of the arched design program, where textured white brickwork, bronze framing, and smooth concrete balustrades seamlessly combine to communicate the visual artistry at play.
Interior Consultant Bec Judd brought her unique style and keen eye for design to the Sera Brighton project. She articulates her vision, stating, “I aimed to create interiors that are uniform, inviting, textural, and exude a sophistication.”
Introducing a distinctive architectural approach to landscape design, Director Jack Merlo has meticulously crafted a landscape scheme at Sera that seamlessly complements the clean architectural lines. Jack explains, “The expansive glazing provides beautifully landscaped backdrops to internal spaces.” further elaborating how, “Planting schemes feature contrasting foliage forms and seasonal flowering, carefully selected for their hardiness and moderate watering requirements.”
Lowe Living also partnered with industry experts, norsu interiors and Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery, to style and curate the display apartments, providing our clients with the opportunity to engage in the Sera Brighton experience. The meticulous curation of styling and artwork seamlessly complements the selected furniture pieces from GlobeWest and Kmode Interiors. With every detail carefully crafted to align with the design vision of our esteemed project partners.
