Lowe Living shortlisted for two Urban Developer Awards 2025
We are thrilled to share that two Lowe Living developments – Larnook, Armadale and Hampton Hill, Hampton have been shortlisted in the Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence in 2025, alongside a record-breaking number of submissions.
- Larnook – Development of the Year: Small-Scale Residential (11–20+ dwellings)
- Hampton Hill – Development of the Year: Medium-Density Residential (Under 40 dwellings)
This recognition is an incredible honour and a testament to the strength of our partnerships, the dedication of our team, and our shared vision to raise the bar for luxury residential design across Melbourne. Being named finalists in The Urban Developer Awards highlights our commitment to quality, innovation, and community-focused outcomes at every scale.
Larnook, developed and built by Lowe Living, was brought to life through the elegant architecture of Warren and Mahoney, the refined interiors of GOLDEN, and lush landscape design by Eckersley Garden Architecture. The project is a celebration of heritage and botanical inspiration, offering timeless, sustainable residences in the heart of Armadale.
Hampton Hill, also developed and built by Lowe Living, showcases the exceptional design expertise of Woods Bagot, whose integrated approach to architecture and interiors defines the project’s contemporary appeal. Complemented by striking landscape architecture from Florian Wild, Hampton Hill sets a new benchmark for medium-density living with its sculptural form, generous proportions, and elevated materiality.
